New Website Aims to Reach Out to the Community

Corona, CA., March 12th, 2003 - The Gingerland Theatre Company today has unveiled it's exciting new website (https://gingerlandtheatre.tripod.com/) that aims to make it more convenient to keep abreast of new productions, auditions, reviews, editorials and all recent news regarding the Corona-based company's efforts to expand the cultural options available to those living in or near the Inland Empire.

"The website will allow people interested in plays and musicals the opportunity to learn more about the Gingerland Theatre Company, the schedule of performances and events being held in and near Corona, California." says Rebecca Norris, Musical Director and Co-founder of this exciting, new theatre company.  Ms. Norris continues saying "The site is just beginning, but we will soon provide pertinent information, entry forms as applicable, schedules of upcoming performances and open auditions, as well as other informative sections that will cover local and regional theatre productions, how to buy tickets, and a presentation of the sponsors whose help and support make every production possible."

This site will also actively promote the burgeoning growth of cultural opportunities in the county and city of Corona, California.  Far removed from the archaic ideas of what was once the "Inland Empire", the site will show that the community's growth has skyrocketed from it's origins as a rural farm community.  Corona lies on the outskirts of Los Angeles county, only a short drive from Hollywood, CA, yet many of those working in the entertainment capital of the world also proudly call Corona home.

This site will aim to serve as a one-stop portal for all local and regional information for new, ongoing and upcoming cultural events, plays and musicals.
